No direct train. Plan for 2 changes and 3h.
By car: 1h45 via the FI-PI-LI highway.
Bus: not direct.
Better strategy: visit Lucca from Florence (1h20 by train direct) or Pisa.
If you must do it as a day from Siena, leave by 08:00 and accept a long travel day.
